Leon High School Solar Eclipse Project
On Feb. 26, the moon cast its shadow on Tallahassee. People on the Caribbean Islands were be able to view a total eclipse. In southern Florida, science enthusiasts viewed a partial eclipse. The Leon students collected data and viewed the eclipse using the projection method with the help of 2 visiting astronomers, Mr. Scott Howard and Dr. Harrison Prosper.
