Trevor's Pond

Trevor took some water samples from his pond and here is the results of one sample.

Here, we believe is a pond worm, but we don't know exactly what it is.

Here we took some pictures of fossil rocks.

This is it at a zoom of 10x.

Here is the fossil rock at 60x zoom.

You can start to see other particles of rock on the surface.

Here is the fossil rock at 200x zoom.

You can now see that the fossil rock is really only tightly compressed sand particles

This rock is known to be over a million years old. Just think about it.

A million years ago, this rock used to be soil that dinosaurs walked on.
