PAYMENT OF FEES FOR FULL-TIME STUDENTS
Fees are to be paid in full by the appropriate due date. Payments may be dropped off in the Extended Day office between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Payment may be made by check or money order. We cannot accept cash. Returned checks (non-sufficient funds) will be charged $25.00. There will 10% discount on each child, after the first, for families with more than one child. This does not pertain to families who use Arbor Education and Training. This program does not provide itemized statements for tax purposes.
LATE PAYMENT FEES
If payment is not received by the due date a $10.00 charge will automatically be added each week fees are late. Students will not be allowed to continue in the program if payment is a month late.

The fee for grades K-7th grade is $12.00 per day per child, and for 8th-11th is $10.00 per day per child. The fee for early release days for K-7th grade is $17.00 per day per child, and for 8th - 11th is $15.00 per child per day.

LATE PICK-UP FEES
Our Extended Day Program ENDS at 6:00 p.m. Parents who are late picking up their children will be assessed a late fee. Late fees charges are $5.00 per 5 minutes. The fee is charged PER child, no discounts for more than one child. If you are late more than 3 times for the school year, your child may be asked to leave the program.
REFUNDS
Prolonged illness (two weeks or longer) No refunds are permitted after the first week of participation except for those cases or family relocation.
