FSUS SGA - Student Government

The High School Student Government Association is an organization run by and for High school Students. The Organization takes leadership role in representing student needs and concerns with the administration and with the school board, Promoting school spirit by sponsoring Homecoming, and Rebound, Providing a venue for school service by sponsoring the Spring Carnival and recognizing the dedication of our teachers by sponsoring Teacher Appreciation Week.

Requirements

Students may serve SGA in one or more of three capacities:

They may be general members at large (these are members who wish to participate but are not class officers)
They may run for a class office position (President, Vice President ,Representative, (each class has 3 reps) voted on by their class members)
They may Run for or be appointed to the executive board (President and Vice President are elected by the entire student body, other positions are appointed by the Sponsor , President and Vice President)

Service

SGA Provides Service to the school by sponsoring Homecoming, Rebound, Spring Carnival and Teacher Appreciation week.
