FSUS Recruting Blog - Prospects in the Senior Class The Florida High Seminoles are lead by Coach Jarrod Hickman. The Seminoles finished with an outstanding 11-2 record, and finishing just shy of the 2B State Play-offs. Led by a high velocity offense last year, the Seminoles will need to find a couple of replacements, losing their starting quarterback, running back, leading wide outs, and offense line, the Seminoles will have to fight hard to make a run this year. Defensively, the Seminoles return back strong loosing only three starters. These are a list of the seniors on the team expected to make a huge impact on the field, and most likely be playing of Saturdays. Players Expecting to Make an Impact:
	CB/WR Daniel Jones Profile Link Daniel is expected to be a key player expected to make an impact mostly defensively, but also as a deep threat as a reciever and return guy. Jones is a returning starter at the cornerback position, and made an impact covering the opposing teams best reciever. Jones finished last season with 55 tackles, 4 interceptions, 10 pass break-ups and 2 defensive touchdowns.
	LB Garrett Davis Profile Link Garrett is a good size backer with a tremendous instinct and should lead the noles in tackles again this year, as he earned a reputation as being a big hitter last season. Davis is the returning middle linebacker and finshed the season with 130 tackles, and 4 pass break-ups.
	K/P: Chase Varnadore Chase is one of the best kickers in the sunshine state, and should be able to boot anything in from about 50 yards. Also has a strong leg as a punter.
	RB/SS Josh Thomas Profile Link Josh is a strong agile safety and running back, unfortunately, he was hampered by ankle injures most of his junior season. Thomas is a returning starter at both running back and safety. Though limited last year, he finished with 50 tackles, 3 pass break-ups and an interception.
	WR Jauan Davis Jauan is a great reciever with good speed and great hands, and is expected to be one the offenses biggest tools this season. Last season he was used as a deep threat reciever, punt and kick returner and even a running back. Davis is a returning starter at wide out and finished last season with over 400 yards and 5 touchdowns.
	FS Devyn Hardy Devyn is a smart safety that made numerous plays for the Seminole defense last year. As an agile safety he was able to make huge plays on both the ground and in the air. Hardy is a returning starter at the safety position, and is expected to make big plays again. Last year he finished with 85 tackles, 3 interceptions and 1 touchdown.
