There are numerous summer educational opportunities available at universities nationwide. If you are interested in attending any of these programs, they are in Student Services (see Ms. Walker). Included are schools that have sent us catalogues and applications, however, most schools offer similar programs, so feel free to research other options as well.

• Check with your college choices for their particular scholarships

Most state universities do not have separate applications for scholarships. It is based on the admission application and transcript.

• Bright Futures Scholarship

Check to see if you meet qualifications for a Bright Futures Scholarship (for Florida colleges and universities only) and maintain those qualifications until you graduate. Seniors will need to apply beginning in December. Read more information about the Bright Futures Scholarship.
