Teachers are constantly upgrading their grade books, so this may be corrected almost immediately. No grade is final until
the report card is printed. The grade on the report card is the grade that will be posted to the student transcript.
If, however, you notice a grading error, please encourage your student to first speak with the teacher. If this does not
resolve the issue, feel free to contact the
teacher
via voicemail or email. regarding the problem.

- Is PIV safe? In other words, could a student change his grade because of PIV?
PIV is absolutely safe. You are only viewing the results of a report. Teacher grade books are absolutely not accessible.
People accessing PIV have no ability to do anything but view the reports. They do not have the security rights that would
allow modifications to be made or saved. Each time you view a screen; a new report is generated and displayed. Also, at
no time is a student name, ID or password displayed in order to protect the student's privacy.
